The team

The people behind our Montessori community

At Pristine Montessori, our steady team creates deeper connections. Your child is known, not just by name, but by their personality, interests, strengths, and growing independence.

Our team works closely together to create a calm, connected Montessori experience where children feel secure, understood, and free to grow. Each person brings a different role and strength to the community, but we share the same commitment: to know the child, prepare the environment, and give each child what they need to flourish.

Our promise

The same team since April 2024

We opened our doors in April 2024 with this team, and we are still here, growing together. As Pristine has grown, we have added people to our team without replacing the ones your child already knows and trusts.

We know that consistency matters. Children build trust through familiar faces, steady relationships, and adults who are there for them year after year. Through the quiet seasons and the busy ones, we have remained committed to one another and to the children in our care.

We are intentional about staying connected, working closely together, and growing thoughtfully. When your child grows with us, you can count on a team that grows with them.

Ms. Marianne AMI Certified

Substitute Director and Lead Primary Guide

With over 10 years of Montessori experience, Ms. Marianne is AMI trained and certified for ages 3 to 6. AMI training provides a strong foundation in the original Montessori approach, including child development, observation, the prepared environment, and the carefully sequenced Montessori curriculum. She also has NAMC training and certification for ages 0 to 3, giving her a broader understanding of the child's development from the earliest years through the Primary stage.

As Lead Primary Guide and Substitute Director, she leads and mentors the teaching team, oversees both classrooms, and helps uphold a cohesive Montessori experience throughout the school. She also welcomes prospective families, sharing Pristine's approach and helping parents understand their child's journey.

In the Primary classroom, Ms. Marianne observes each child closely, recognizing what they are ready for, what captures their attention, and how their abilities are developing. She introduces lessons thoughtfully, allowing each child to progress from one step to the next. She also personally cares for the classroom, creating and maintaining many of the Montessori materials herself.

Her work is rooted in a simple Montessori principle: observe carefully, prepare thoughtfully, and trust the child's capacity to grow.

Ms. Payal

Assistant Guide · Primary Classroom

Ms. Payal works alongside Ms. Marianne in the Primary classroom, bringing warmth, patience, and a genuine love of working with young children. Under Ms. Marianne's mentorship, she is deepening her understanding of Montessori philosophy, materials, and the role of the prepared adult.

She helps protect the calm rhythm of the classroom, offering thoughtful guidance while giving children space to work independently. Her role is to notice when a child needs encouragement, when they need help, and when the best support is simply to step back and let them discover what they can do for themselves.

Ms. Jasmine

Lead Toddler Guide

Ms. Jasmine has been part of the Pristine community for more than four years. She joined in the school's earliest days and has grown alongside it. She has developed her Montessori practice through daily work with the children and is currently working toward her NAMC certification for ages 0 to 3.

As she continues her training, Ms. Marianne closely oversees her Montessori development and the Wobbler and Toddler classroom, sharing her experience, observing the children and environment, and offering guidance, encouragement, and support along the way. This close mentorship allows Ms. Jasmine to continue growing while keeping the classroom thoughtfully aligned with Pristine's Montessori approach.

Parents often notice how quickly children connect with Ms. Jasmine. Her calm, patient presence helps create a warm and secure classroom where young children feel known, cared for, and ready to explore.

Ms. Nicole, Assistant Guide

Ms. Nicole

Assistant Guide · Toddler and Wobbler Classroom

Ms. Nicole has been part of Pristine for two years and works alongside Ms. Jasmine in the Toddler and Wobbler community. She brings warmth, steadiness, and thoughtful attention to the youngest children, helping them feel secure as they settle into the classroom and begin building independence.

She is often the first lap a new Wobbler climbs into, a simple reflection of the trust she builds with children. Throughout the day, she encourages children to move, explore, communicate, and care for themselves and their environment, offering just enough help for them to discover, "I can do it myself."
